Neighbourhood Watch - Kuring Gai LAC aligns itself with the area covered by the Kuring gai NSW Police Local Area Command (LAC). Many different Neighbourhood Watch (NHW) groups exist - the Crime Prevention Officer (CPO) at Hornsby Police Station is happy to help you identify the Neighbourhood Watch group for your street, or indeed, to answer any of your crime prevention queries: (02) 9476 9799.

Each week volunteers help put together an eNewsletter for the Ku-ring-gai and Hornsby areas. It is a comprehensive digest of all things crime and crime prevention relevant to you, in order to stay aware of what's going on in your community. It always includes the best of the local police posts on Facebook for that week, along with crime prevention advice, tips, events, laws, news, questions and answers.
